I have had ongoing issues and have been to a few different therapists in town. Rory provided a deep tissue and trigger point therapy that was superior to the others. I will definitely be going back.

Swedish Massage

Our typical swedish massage consists of a lot of long flowing strokes. Many people refer to this massage as a "Fluff & Buff" because it is generaly used for pure relaxation. Great for those stressed out folks who just need a good break from real life.

Sports Massage

In this massage we use heat packs to help loosen up the area of your choice. (low back, hamstrings, neck, etc.) We also throw in some added stretching to make sure those stiff muscles are feeling like gelatin when you leave.

Deep Tissue Massage

We use a combination of styles in this massage to make sure we get those achy muscles the help they need. Pressure will be adjusted to individual client need and desire. When I go get a massage, this is the one I would want to get.

Pregnancy Massage

I use a special pregnancy bolster that allows a mom to be to lay on her stomach and on her back for any style of massage.

Injury Massage $1 dollar a minute in 15 minute increments.

Don't have a lot of time? Just want us to work on that sore back, leg, shoulder or arm that the Docter just worked on? This is the choice for you. We'll quickly get down to business on the area of your choice for 15, 30 or even 45 minutes.

A few small disclaimers: I start my massages on time. If you come late to an appointment, that time WILL count against your total massage time. If you are a new client, I ask that you come at least ten minutes before your sheduled time to fill out a client intake form. I can't massage you without it, so you will need to fill it out before the massage starts even if you walk in one minute before your time is supposed to start.
